Great kids care area, the pools are hands down the best for families and everyone in general Less crowded than Lifetime but that's because they have less big boy weight equipment. Better locker room experience and more "cush" than Lifetime.

The Spa is amazing, they have an adults only pool and adults only hot tub. Villa pros: great people, lots of white collar/good military people/blue collar small biz owners. A single guy who has a decent career and looks decent may find himself happy here. There is a known problem with certain people there or maybe it's not a problem if you enjoy people sleeping with other people, people hitting on your/your significant other, swingers, etc. The outdoor pool can be a little "city pool" crowded and overwhelming on popular days. Sure there are a lot of platforms and weights, but there are a truckload of people working out. Lifetime cons: damn packed almost every time of every day that are typical hours, and even some atypical hours. lots of white collar/good military people/small biz owners Lifetime pros: big! lots of equipment, lots of area for various workouts, racquetball courts, tennis, pickleball. Gyms - up north they have Lifetime and Villa. I can talk more on that once you give me a vague idea of your commute requirements. The downside to being there is that the neighborhoods are way older, more crime, a ton of homeless roaming around downtown, crowded.

Now that's not to say you cannot live in a nice area down south, like say some parts of Security or tucked up in a beautiful 2 million dollar house at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain (lol) plus downtown has a lot of cool spots. It's less crime, better neighborhoods, better schools, newer houses, better entertainment now+coming, getting more places to eat etc. Living up north is the best bet for most people. So you don't have a place yet? Are you aware of the cost of living here? Also, depending on where you work, it will dictate where you may want to live because the commute around here is only getting worse by the day (that may not be an exaggeration either)
